These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anshpath Customer App (“App”) and the services provided through it. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

• All prices shown in the App are based on vendor listings or service provider charges.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, parts, or emergency support.
• Taxes may be applied as per applicable laws.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• You agree to provide correct payment details.
• Anshpath is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or technical issues related to third-party processors.
• Refund or cancellation eligibility is based on vendor/service provider policies.

6. Service Booking and Cancellation

• Booking confirmations depend on vendor or engineer availability.
• You may cancel a booking within the allowed time frame shown in the App.
• Some bookings may be non-refundable, especially emergency assistance.
• Vendors or engineers may cancel bookings due to system issues, unavailability, safety concerns, or incorrect information.

7. Responsibilities of Users

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and service details
• Cooperate with service engineers and delivery partners
• Ensure safe access to their location
• Avoid misuse, abuse, or unauthorized use of the App

Any fraudulent behavior may lead to account suspension or legal action.

8. Responsibilities of Vendors and Service Engineers

Service providers are responsible for:

• Maintaining quality in services and spare parts
• Providing accurate information about availability and pricing
• Following professional and ethical conduct
• Ensuring timely service delivery

Anshpath is not liable for actions, negligence, or misconduct by third-party vendors or engineers.

9. On-Road Assistance

• On-road assistance depends on engineer availability and location reach.
• Response time may vary based on distance, traffic, and local conditions.
• Anshpath is not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Upload harmful or misleading content
• Harass or abuse support staff, vendors, or engineers

Violation may result in account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

Anshpath is a platform connecting customers with service providers, spare part vendors, and service engineers. We do not manufacture parts or directly perform repair services.
We are not responsible for:

• Damages caused by service providers
• Incorrect installations
• Quality issues with third-party products
• Delays or failures caused by external factors

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including logos, text, images, design, and software, is owned by Anshpath. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission.

13. Termination of Account

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• You provide incorrect or misleading information
• The account remains inactive for an extended period

You may also delete your account at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts where Anshpath operates.
